Nashville here we come! We’re a little ahead of our planned schedule but we hear there’s warm weather and cute grandkids so why not?
We had some free time before Brian came back to town, so we stopped by Opryland Hotel and Mall. Took plenty of walks, me in particular, in search of coffee. And relaxed.
Once Brian came back and the kids joined us there was plenty of activity. Nashville is one of those places that you can’t wait to visit for the first time and then it becomes less charming. It has some great bars and music but it’s crowded and hard to find parking. Believe me, we tried and went back home. Uber apparently is the way to travel to downtown Nashville. Next time…
I love visiting with my kids and grandkids. The grandkids sure grow up quickly! Uma had a project at school and she helped TJ create his own tie- dye t-shirt. They both wore them a couple days later and looked good!
This was a very laid back week. I think we all needed to relax a bit. Until next visit!
