Leaving Yosemite… Las Vegas here we come😎

I actually set my alarm to get up for an early morning photo opp, but kept hitting snooze. It was cold outside! I finally got brave enough to crawl out of my sleeping bag, grabbed my camera and set off for something…

I found it!

I am sad to leave but looking forward to being warmer!

We stopped at Tunnel View before heading out of the park. What a view!

Heading to Las Vegas. Tonight a stay at the Paris and tomorrow with Leo, Ricks best high school buddy

We were so tired upon arrival at the hotel that all I wanted to do was sleep: however we needed a good meal.

Showered and briefly rested, we stepped outside intending to find a good spot for dinner and went no further than our hotel.

Tried to get a table at Hexx —- but it was full so they suggested we go upstairs to the more casual fare. We were seated at the bar and what was cool about the space was it was all open to the outside. Even though we were under cover, fresh air was blowing through. I thoroughly enjoyed my fish and chips and a beer.

That was it for the day. We were too tired to walk the strip. Maybe tomorrow!

The next morning I did some research so we walked down the Strip to the Park MGM to Eataly for a coffee. My cappuccino was delicious. They didn’t have any way to heat sandwiches so we opted out for food.

Final stop for breakfast was Eggslut at Cosmopolitan. I will just say it was worth the wait!

Now off to Leo’s and a relaxing rest of the day. Tomorrow we pick Tracie up at the airport and head to St. George for the final leg of our adventure.
